I am in the fight with you!!!
I am at 235 right now and would like to get to 210, then from there who knows.
More importantly however, I rejoice to know that you are still serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
It is sad to say, that while many don’t like to exercise, and its a bad word , they sure do like people to know they do it.
I wish we all wanted people to know of Christ and the hope that lies within us.
