I found and excellent writing tool today on the Internet. It is called “Common Errors In English.” The site lists many of the common mistakes we make with the English language, was/were, were/where, accept/except, than/then, their/they’re/there and hundreds more. A simple explanation helping you to remember the correct usage is given.
