Another wonderful day. Slept almost the whole night and was peaceful throughout the day.

“He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.” (Proverbs 16:20)
“Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.” (Psalms 25:8)
“O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.” (Psalms 118:1)
“But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” (Isaiah 64:8)
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” (James 1:17)
Another near perfect day. James slept almost the whole night!
In the morning after being changed and feed, perfectly content. Oh that we would be like this:
Hey little man – look over here:
Much better boy, you better listen like that to your dad your whole life!
Daddy’s Boy indeed!
“And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 18:3)

First night spent at home and all went great. James was up once during the night to eat and rested well the rest of the night.
In the morning all wrapped up:
In the sun light about to receive his first sponge bath (fun wow):
Awe right mom – enough of this already:
All clean and content:
Lord you sure have given us a great gift. We at the Broughton home cannot get enough of him!
“As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.” (Psalms 127:4-5)
We are still at the hospital at this point. Carol Ann is feeling great and so is the baby. We can go home today!
With dad resting and waiting to go home:
Mom and James enjoying some quiet time at the hospital:
So much for quiet time…
Are these brown or blue eyes? Mom thinks blue & dad brown:
We are home!!!!
Awe what is mom thinking…
Thank you Lord for bringing this wonderful child into our home and life.
“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.” Psalms 127:3
